After having completed the manufacturing process of the two dredgers in mid-April 2017 by supplier Ellicott Dredge Enterprises, LLC, an onsite inspection was carried out at the factory in New Richmond, WI.
Parallel to the inspection, a delegation from Uganda consisting of four representatives from the Ministry of Water and Environment, and the end user National Water and Sewerage Corporation, where undergoing first part of the training.
The second part of the training will be carried out on site in Uganda in July.
The vessels are now being shipped from Wisconsin to Uganda, according to EDE.
